Maintaining Sugar Free Diets

WHAT IS A SUGAR FREE DIET? Sugar free diet is any healthy diet that contains no ADDED sugar or a substance that its end product is sugar (that is, glucose).However since the body requires glucose to perform its normal functions, it is necessary but should be consumed in limited quantities. Some fruits that have high sugar content like pineapples should also be avoided.
